Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy (UK)

1. Course Delivery

​

All courses are delivered online via Microsoft Teams. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access and compatible equipment to attend the course.

​

2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

​

Under UK consumer law, you normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days.
However, by purchasing and accessing this course, you agree that once the course has started, you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This does not affect your rights where the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.

3. Customer Cancellations

​

We offer the following cancellation terms:

  • More than 24 hours before the course start date
    You are entitled to a full refund (100%).

  • Within 24 hours of the course start date
    You are entitled to a partial refund (50%).

  • Once the course has started
    No refunds are available.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (for example, via email).

4. Late Arrival & Non-Attendance

​

To ensure fairness to all participants:

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed after the scheduled start time, during which customers may still join the course.

  • After this period, access to the course will no longer be permitted.

  • No refunds will be issued for late arrival beyond the grace period or for non-attendance.

5. Refund Method

​

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original bank account used for payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

​

6. Our Right to Cancel or Reschedule

​

If we need to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to attend a rescheduled session.

​

7. Statutory Rights

​​​

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

8. Acceptance of Terms

​

By booking the course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Cancellation & Refund Terms.
