Our trainers bring real-world experience from frontline roles—including Emergency Ambulance crews and ex-Police Response Officers—ensuring every course is practical, relevant, and grounded in reality.

Do you own a taxi business, or have a fleet of vehicles,
or would you like to be a safer, better driver?
Our advanced driving tuition helps improve safety, reduce costs, and lowers emissions. Helping you do your bit for the environment, often saving 10–15% on fuel.
We offer one-to-one practical training with a Grade A ADI instructor and who is also qualified as a Response driver.
We also off group presentations covering key advanced driving techniques.

Whether you’re new to First Aid or need a refresher, our hands-on courses give you the skills and confidence to act in an emergency.
You’ll learn how to assess a situation using the DRABC approach, perform effective CPR, and use an AED with confidence.
Our group sessions combine the theory with realistic, practical simulations—equipping you to respond quickly and potentially save a life at work, home, or in your community.

Our Team.
Michael Martin
​
DFA Training is led by Michael, he is an Emergency Response Ambulance Driving Instructor, and he is also an ECA working on a Frontline Ambulance. He holds a range of respected qualifications, including Level 3 First Responder on Scene, ECA Certificate, Level 3 CERAD, Level 4 DERADI, as well as teaching and assessing credentials (CAVA and CET).

Mark Dean
Mark has a strong background in emergency response and public service. Currently working on the front line as an Emergency Ambulance Associate (EAA), Mark brings valuable hands-on experience to every training session. With over 20 years as cabin crew for British Airways, he has a passion for working with people and ensuring their safety and comfort. His previous roles as a Dorset Police Special Constable and Detention Officer reflect his commitment to public service and discipline. He is also a qualified response driver, holding a Level 3 CERAD qualification.
